Dr. Sandhu trained at the University of Southern California, graduating with high academic honors and recognition by the National Dental Honor Society. At USC, she received the school's award for achievements in restorative dentistry — the work of rebuilding a tooth, and a smile, the way a patient remembers it.
She is certified in Invisalign clear aligners and in the use of soft tissue lasers, and she leads the practice's cosmetic and orthodontic care. Patients describe her chairside manner as gentle, patient, and unhurried — even when the room is busy.

Dr. Bajwa earned his dental degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine — one of the top five dental schools in the country. His residency emphasized oral and maxillofacial surgery, facial trauma, and dental implants, the high-skill procedures most general dentists refer out.
That training is the reason Radiant Smiles Phoenix can keep implants, wisdom teeth, and complex extractions in-house. Patients meet the same doctor who plans the case, performs the surgery, and follows them through healing — no handoffs, no unfamiliar faces.
